More challenging exercises await you here, including additional equipment that will take your strength, flexibility and technique to a new level.

New to Reformer Pilates?
Don't worry , you're in good hands with us! Our Reformer Pilates courses offer you the perfect opportunity to learn the basics of the Reformer and learn the right technique right from the start. If you're new to Reformer Pilates, our experienced team of trainers will guide you through the exercises step by step so that you feel safe and comfortable.
Reformer Pilates is ideal for gently strengthening your body, improving your mobility and building up your deep muscles . Whether you have previous sporting experience or are starting out completely, with us you will find the ideal introduction to the world of Reformer Pilates.
In our classes for beginners , we teach you the basic movements and correct breathing so that you can develop your potential to the full. Step by step, you will become more confident and learn how to train your body effectively without overexerting yourself. We focus on individual support so that you always stay motivated and have fun training.
The Middle Way
Our Reformer Classic class is the perfect middle ground for those who have already gained some experience with Reformer Pilates and would like to deepen their practice without being overwhelmed.
In this class we combine proven basic techniques with new challenges to continuously improve your strength, flexibility and body control.
The exercises are challenging but doable - ideal if you want to improve without exceeding your limits. Here you can further develop the precision of your movements and refine your Reformer Pilates technique.
Optionally, in this class we work with additional equipment such as rings , boxes or balls to make your training even more varied and to specifically strengthen certain muscle groups.
This mix of proven reformer exercises and new elements ensures that you can continuously improve and increase your well-being .
Reformer Classic offers you a balanced workout that challenges you but doesn't overexert you - the ideal course for anyone who wants to keep their Reformer Pilates training at a comfortable , effective level .
Already advanced?
If you already have experience in Reformer Pilates and want to expand your training routine, our Advanced Classes are just right for you!
In these courses we increase the intensity and complexity of the exercises so that you can further develop your technique and improve your strength and flexibility.
The special thing about our advanced classes is that we optionally work with additional equipment . Rings , boxes , balls and more can be used to make your training even more effective and varied .
This allows you to work specifically on certain muscle groups and increase the variety of your training.
Our trainers will guide you through the more challenging exercises and ensure that you get the most out of your reformer training while having fun and experiencing new challenges .
Reformer Pilates for advanced students is ideal for intensifying your Pilates practice and adapting it to your individual goals .

What do I need to bring with me?
You don't need much for your first Reformer Pilates training! We provide all the equipment in the studio. It is important that you bring suitable socks with grip , as training on the reformer does not take place barefoot or with shoes . Grip socks ensure better grip and safety during the exercises.
Otherwise, we recommend comfortable sportswear that allows you enough freedom of movement. If you want, you can bring your own water bottle, but we also have water in the studio for you. Changing rooms are also available if you want to change before or after the class.

Rules
For a harmonious coexistence
punctuality
Please be at the studio at least 10 minutes before the class starts so that you have enough time to change and we can start on time. Once the class has started, no one will be allowed in so as not to disrupt the lesson.
Grip socks
All Reformer Pilates classes are conducted in special grip socks to give you better support and safety during training. Please bring your own socks, or you can purchase them from us in the studio.

We place great value on respectful interaction. Everyone should feel comfortable in the studio and enjoy their time with us. Please respect the trainers' instructions and be considerate of the other participants.
cancellation
If you are unable to attend a booking, we ask that you cancel at least 24 hours in advance to allow others to attend. Only then can we refund your payment.
mobile phones
To ensure a relaxed and focused atmosphere, we ask that you put your cell phones on silent during class or leave them in the changing room.
cleanliness
Please make sure that you leave your reformer clean after training so that everyone can train in a hygienic environment
