At Aware 1190 we offer tailor-made private & corporate Pilates events in an exclusive studio atmosphere.
Whether birthdays, team events, offsites or corporate wellbeing sessions – each event is individually tailored to the occasion, group size, level and desired language of the trainer.
Reformer or mat, beginner to advanced – we design the event to be a special experience for all participants.
