Our courses are suitable for everyone - regardless of fitness level, age or experience. Whether you are a beginner, advanced or reformer professional, we have the right course for you.
Our groups consist of a maximum of 6 participants so that our trainers can address each individual and ensure personal support.
You will need non-slip socks and sports clothes that you feel comfortable in, a small towel and preferably something to drink. Everything else, including the reformer equipment, will be provided by us.
Yes, we offer a discounted trial class that allows you to test our studio and our Reformer Pilates classes. This class can be redeemed for Beginner, Basic and Advanced classes.
You can easily book your course online via Eversports. Clicking "Book Now" will take you to either the Eversports app or website. Register there to book a course via our Eversports profile.
Yes, you can cancel or rebook your booking up to 24 hours before the course starts. If you cancel at short notice, you will be charged the full course fee.
In addition to our Reformer Pilates classes, our studio offers a spacious reception area with seating, a bar and a relaxed atmosphere where you can relax with a spa water after training and chat with others.
Yes, we have changing rooms on site where you can change comfortably before and after your workout.
