Control, breathing, a strong core and clean movement: that applies on the reformer just as on the mat. On the reformer, springs give you resistance and support; on the mat you work with your own body weight.

Reformer Pilates
- Springs make exercises lighter or heavier, so almost everything can be adapted to your level.
- The reformer guides your movement. That helps many people do the exercises correctly at the start.
- You can build strength step by step without needing weights.
- At Aware in both studios: max. 6 people in 1060, max. 8 in 1190.
Single class €30

Mat Pilates
- You train with your body weight, plus small props like light weights or a ball.
- Without a machine guiding you, the mat asks for a lot of body awareness and stability.
- What you learn on the mat you can also practise at home or while travelling.
- At Aware in our own mat room in 1190, plus Yogalates.
Single class €23
